On Saturday the 13th of November it was again time for ”Masters Seminar”, now the third one. It was a Saturday entirely devoted to techniques, coaching and sparring for us who have trained long and have at least 3rd dan. This time we spent the morning practicing on our techniques, and especially to working with henka (variations) and the options available in different situations.
After lunch, we practiced the basic techniques on the sandbag, recorded video, coached and analyzed. Then we went into randori (sparring) and goju-randori, when we combine all our techniques freely.
The day went very quickly! Thanks for all the inspiration from those who attended. We plan to spend one Saturday in the months to come for special training for us who have at least 3rd dan.
